Kuk Sool Won™ History

The three branches of traditional Korean martial arts: Tribal (Sah Doh Mu Sool), Buddist (Bool Kyo My Sool), and Royal Court (Koong Joong Mu Sool), were organized to form a single system known as Kuk Sool in 1958 by In Hyuk Suh, the founder and Grandmaster of Kuk Sool Won™.

Kuk Sool Won™ Founder

In Hyuk Suh is the founder, Grandmaster and President of the World Kuk Sool Won Association®. He has studied martial arts for more than 50 years, receiving his first instruction from hisgrandfather, Myung Deuk Suh, a master-instructor to the Korean Royal Court.
